- What's the difference between monthly and annual?
- Same product, same unlimited usage. Monthly is $79/month. Annual is $790/year — that's two months free versus paying month to month.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime. You keep full access through the period you've already paid for, and it simply won't renew after that. See the refund policy for the details.
- Where do my clients' documents go?
- Straight into your own Google Drive. Files stream over an encrypted connection into a per-loan folder we create — they never touch our servers.
- Who handles payment?
- Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, receipts, and any applicable sales tax or VAT.
